Reservations<\/h2><ul><li>Reservations can be made through the website, by phone, or via email.<\/li><li>To confirm a reservation, a deposit or full payment is required, as specified during the booking process.<\/li><li>Prices may vary depending on season and availability.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>3. Cancellation Policy<\/h2><p>Our cancellation policy is\u00a0<strong>strict<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li>If the cancellation is made within\u00a0<strong>48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0of booking,\u00a0<strong>100% of the amount is refunded<\/strong>.<\/li><li>After the 48-hour period,\u00a0<strong>no refunds are provided<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>100% of the booking amount is retained<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>4. Check-in &amp; Check-out<\/h2><ul><li>Check-in time: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)<\/li><li>Check-out time: by 11:00 AM<\/li><li>Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>5. Use of the Accommodation<\/h2><ul><li>Rooms can accommodate from 2 to 4 guests, depending on the room type.<\/li><li>Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.<\/li><li>Pets are\u00a0<strong>not allowed<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Guests are required to keep the premises clean and avoid damage to the property or furnishings.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>6. Liability<\/h2><p>The accommodation is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests\u2019 personal belongings.<br \/>Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their valuables during their stay.<\/p><hr \/><h2>7.
